This isn't the way I'd hoped to prepare for the Ironman tourny... huge job stress and no disc golf or exercise in a week.

Last year's Ironman I shot a 379, this year I shot a 329. I had a 50 shot improvement! Cool!

I played my 100th course today! I managed to get a round at Bell & Howard Chevrolet in Statesville, NC inbetween thunderstorms.

Played 75 holes of disc golf (only 15 less than our recent Ironman) at 3 courses in 3 different cities.

Got to try out the new Robert Smith course today (nearly aced #2). Now that course is a workout! whew.

Victoria took home the GOLD and Christian SILVER in the junior division NC Powerade State Games disc golf tournament. Momma is so proud of her babies!
