I am tired of playing in the cold. The trip to New Bern was crazy!
It normally takes me 5 hours to get there, took me 9. There was
ice and snow all over the roads! We were throwing into ice covered
baskets, thanks to the overnight freezing rain. Discs would go
in and just slide right back out the other side. :-(
My first round was not too good (most of my first rounds aren't.)
My approach game was really off. That next morning I got there
early and did about 40 min of approach practice. It paid off.
I made a good comeback to win in the open woman's division.
